Appointments- pls call from the parking lot and we will direct you. At this time we will only be accepting payments via credit card over the phone.

I had an appointment today at 10 am. I called twice after arriving but no one answered the phone. As I could not get in or make contact by phone, I left. I’m not sure what happened, but I would like to know if you’re still open or if you’ve shut down temporarily.

Yes, COVID 19 has affected the way we are conducting business. As you probably witnessed when you arrived that our staff have been collecting the patients from their owners outside. The front door is locked to minimize exposure to our staff. We are maintaining social distancing. We ask that the clients phone when they arrive, wait by the phone for a doctor consult and are taking payment via credit card over the phone. That has increased our phone load by 10 fold. At any one time 5 lines can be ringing. Our front staff has been working very hard to help each client as efficiently as possible in this unprecedented crisis. Annette Farkas Office Manager
